DP DUO™ Pro wound care shoe

The DUO™ Pro Wound Care Shoe is an all-in-one offloading solution designed to help manage diabetic foot ulcers, open wounds, pressure injuries, and other plantar foot conditions requiring pressure redistribution. Featuring DARCO’s innovative Aircore™ Offloading Insole, DUO™ Pro combines high-rebound super foam with a removable peg system to provide customizable pressure relief while maintaining cushioning, energy return, and long-lasting performance. The dual-hardness post-operative shoe works together with the Aircore™ Insole to reduce plantar pressure by up to 40% compared to competitor post-op shoes while lasting up to four times longer.
